Hannibal Free Public Library hosting author event Oct. 15

HANNIBAL — The Hannibal Free Public Library will host a book signing and presentation for Northeast Missouri author Katie Wright at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct 15 at the Hannibal Free Public Library.

Wright is retired from law-enforcement and social work. Besides writing short stories and journaling for years, she likes to visit libraries and bookstores and encourage others to read and write. Wright enjoys many hobbies and interests. She has two grown children and five grandchildren. Katie and her husband, Bailey Roy Wright, live in rural northeast Missouri with their four little guys: Hemingway, Mr. Molesley, Vincent vG and Chico.
