Richard “Rich” Jason Conley Sr., 42, of Quincy, Ill., formerly of Hannibal, Mo., passed away Jan 7, 2016.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, at the James O’Donnell Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 1 p.m. until the time of services Thursday at the funeral home.
