WHS hosts regional Special Olympics

Waynesville High School hosted the regional track and field events for Special Olympics on Friday, April 10, at Tiger Stadium with WHS students lining the entrance to cheer as athletes entered Tiger Stadium.

WHS Student Government Association members assisted athletes during the games.

Law enforcement officials ran with the torch from Waynesville City Park, delivering it to Tiger Stadium. #wayschools
