In keeping with the theme of Kiwanis International, “Young Children Priority One,” the Hannibal Early Bird Kiwanis Club recently presented a check to the Hannibal Alliance for Youth Success to help support the Buddy Pack Program, which provides students with needed nutrition over the weekend in the Hannibal school system. Meghan Karr, left, assistant superintendent of the Hannibal Public School System and the vice president of HAYS, receives a check for $1,000 from Dana Ruhl, right, a board member for Hannibal Early Bird Kiwanis Club and a former member of the board for HAYS.
