NECAC recognizes Sheppard

The not-for-profit North East Community Action Corporation (NECAC) presents a certificate of recognition to Justin Sheppard, center, of Louisiana, for his service on the agency’s 36-member volunteer board of directors. Making the presentation at the agency’s January board meeting are NECAC Chairman of the Board Fred Vahle, left, of Warrenton, and NECAC President and Chief Executive Officer Don Patrick. Headquartered in Bowling Green, NECAC is a 12-county area social service, community health and public housing agency that serves the low-income, elderly, youth, disabled and disadvantaged. The agency operates client service centers in each county. The Pike County Service Center is at 805 Business Highway 61 in Bowling Green. Chandra Roberts is the NECAC Pike County Service Coordinator.
