Officer investigated reports of a Suspicious Individual walking near Locust Street with no findings.

Officer assisted with a Civil Dispute on South Oak Street.

Officer assisted Hannibal Police Department with a Stop and Hold request on a Monroe City Resident.

Officer assisted with a Lock Out on County Line Road.


Officers began investigations on reports of a Burglary at Dos Primos Restaurant. Investigation ongoing.

officers assisted with a Trespass Complaint. David Cass Whittaker, Monroe City, was cited for Trespassing and transported off the property.


Officers assisted with reports of an Animal at Large on Second and Third Street with no findings.

Vicki Wilson, Belleville, Ill., was cited for Speeding.

Dakota Oles, Monroe City, was arrested on two Marion County Warrants and released on bond with citation for Speeding.

Officer assisted with a Lock Out at Ben Franklin.

Officer assisted with a Non-Injury Motor Vehicle Accident near Stoddard Street.


  • Officer investigated reports of a Careless and Imprudent Driver within City Limits. Officer made contact with the suspect without further incident.


Officers investigated reports of a Delayed Assault and Property Damage on Industrial Drive. Investigation ongoing.


Officers assisted with reports of an Animal barking on Second Street causing a Peace Disturbance. Officers searched the area with no findings.


Officers investigated reports of a Peace Disturbance near South Park. Investigation ongoing.

Officer investigated reports of Suspicious Activity near Charles Street. Officer made contact with the homeowner without further incident.

Officer received notice from Hannibal Regional Hospital and investigated reports of Shots Fired within City limits. Officers investigated the scene and made contact with an individual who reported that the individual in question was receiving treatment for a gunshot wound at the time. Officer was able to make contact with the individual at a later time who reported the gun had discharged while being cleaned.
