Hannibal Police reports, June 5-6

HANNIBAL — The Hannibal Police Department processed multiple felony arrests, motor vehicle thefts, and serious disturbances during a 48-hour period concluding late Saturday night, according to official department logs.

The most severe incident occurred Friday evening in the 3003 block of Orchard Avenue, where local officers responded directly to an active disturbance. Authorities arrested an adult female on multiple charges, including second-degree assault, trespassing, and leaving the scene of an accident.

Property crimes also heavily impacted the local community, with detectives launching official investigations into two separate auto thefts reported within a brief 10-minute window Saturday afternoon. These vehicle thefts occurred specifically in the 2125 block of Broadway, and the 2200 block of Lilly Street.

Additional criminal arrests over the two-day period involved an adult female charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and peace disturbance on Lady Sioux Court, an adult female arrested for building theft, and underage intoxication on James Road, and an adult male apprehended on Broadway for misdemeanor theft, and resisting arrest at the physical scene.
